Impossible Quiche

chickens,
recipes,
using garden produce
6 eggs
1 cup self-raising flour
3 cups milk
2 onions
Oil for frying onions
3 – 5 cups vegetables and/or meat (possible combinations: corn and mushroom, spinach and corn, mushroom and tomato).
2 cups cheese
- Put onions on to fry until clear.
- Combine the first three ingredients using a hand-held blender or a whisk.
- Add the cheese, onions and vegetables. Mix well.
- Pour into two greased dishes of suitable size.
- Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour at 180-200 degrees Celsius.
Serve one quiche for dinner and put the other in the freezer!
This looks alot easier than my veggie quiche recipe...you don't need a pie crust for this? I want to try this....thanks for sharing!!
It is yum with some lean Bacon or Ham as well. And i can think of more greens we add to it!!
